Contract Description
The client wants to organize a source collection of bonded asbestos on its territory for associations, (agricultural) companies, SMEs and local authorities. To this end, the contracting authority calls on the cooperation of a service provider who makes containers available to associations/agricultural companies/SMEs/local authorities who can deposit their bonded asbestos material in the container, after which the service provider will collect the container and remove it for processing to a recognized processor of asbestos waste. The assignment therefore consists of the on-demand collection of the containers from those involved, the transport to a recognized processor of asbestos waste and the processing of the asbestos waste. The place of provision of services is the territory of the municipalities and cities located in the IVM operating area. The contract is divided into the following plots: Plot A: Eeklo, Sint-Laureins, Kaprijke and Assenede Plot B: Zulte, Aalter and Maldegem Plot C: Evergem, Lievegem and Nazareth-De Pinte Plot D: Deinze, Merelbeke-Melle, Sint-Martens-Latem and Gavere
