Contract Description
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of services related to the collection, removal, sorting and disposal of waste for the city of Svoboda nad Úpou, within the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions. All activities carried out pursuant to this contract must be in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended and in accordance with relevant related legal regulations and generally binding ordinances of the city of Svoboda nad Úpou.
