Contract Description
Business contract, during which the contractor is responsible for performing hardware and software maintenance, repair tasks and engineering services related to the ACCS SCADA system. The supplier of the system: • Provides 24/7 availability for the operation of the system, continuously monitors the system status, and quickly intervenes in the event of malfunctions affecting the SCADA system in order to maintain continuous operation. • Receives error reports from the Tenderer's dedicated staff, on the basis of which the system can repair errors as soon as possible.
