Contract Description
The winning Bidder must provide the necessary support for the operation of the integrated access control and electronic asset protection system operating at the headquarters and locations of Fővárosi Vízművek Zrt. (hereinafter: FVM Nzrt.), the maintenance of the hardware and software elements of the system according to the schedule and the repair of the system beyond warranty failures, as well as the implementation of software, hardware improvements, and program changes to be carried out based on the unique needs of the Bidder.
