The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicines and other materials to the Hospital Pharmacy with option rights. 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2, 3, 6 to SWZ.3.3. Based on the exercise of the option right, the Ordering Party may place additional orders for the delivery of goods that are the subject of the order, up to a total maximum value constituting no more than 30% of the value of the basic order in the scope of a given order.
