Contract Description
The subject of the procurement is the transportation of oil shale by road transport from the territory of Kiviõli Keemiatöösö OÜ and/or from the Põhja-Kiviõli II oil shale quarry to the warehouse specified by the Customer. The contractor must ensure the transport capacity, vehicles, drivers, load covers and proper and safe organization of the service. The purpose of the service is to ensure the continuous transport of oil shale in accordance with the delivery plan from the point of origin to the receiving points in the Auvere region. Pursuant to Section 35(3) of the Public Procurement Act, the procurer of the network sector and applicants who have joined the dynamic procurement system may agree on a different deadline for submission of tenders, provided that
