The kit must contain negative control, positive control, cut-off control; OP 15 Consumables compatible with MALDI Biotyper instrument (Bruker).
OP 6 Rapid, colored, latex agglutination kit allowing direct identification and differentiation of suspect legionella colonies as belonging to: Legionella pneumophilla Sg1, L. pneumophilla Sg2-14 and at least 7 non-L. pneumophilla legionella species, with relevance to human pathology. Presence of positive and negative control, control latex reagent, suspension buffer and reaction cards. Sensitivity and specificity over 97%. - 150 tests; OP 9 ELISA for detection of Aspergillus galactomannan antigen in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage.
