Quantitative ELISA test to demonstrate IFN-gamma production in plasma after stimulation of whole blood with specific antigens of M. tuberculosis. To include separate tubes of the activating antigens ESAT-6 and CFP-10, as well as positive and negative control tubes. Specificity at least 95%, sensitivity at least 80%. - 432 tests.
