The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of 13 stationary ticket vending machines within the city of Jelenia Góra, at locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, together with the execution of accompanying works including the construction of foundations and the execution of electrical connections necessary for their operation. The task is divided into three Stages: 1) Stage I – preparation of design documentation for the installation of 10 stationary ticket vending machines based on this description of the subject of the contract and based on the connection conditions (Annex No. 4 to Volume III of the SWZ) together with obtaining the opinions, agreements and decisions required by law (including agreement with the monument conservator) necessary for the proper preparation of the design documentation and commencement of the task implementation. 2) Stage II – execution of construction works based on the prepared and approved design documentation together with the supply, installation and commissioning of 10 pcs. of brand new stationary ticket vending machines. The material scope of Stage II includes: a) construction of foundations for stationary ticket vending machines, b) installation in 6 locations of prefabricated foundation elements for SDIP boards, c) execution of electrical connections, d) laying of necessary power cabling in the prepared underground infrastructure, e) restoration of surfaces in the places where works are carried out to their original condition (including bituminous surfaces, paving stones, green areas), f) supply, installation and commissioning of 10 pcs. of brand new stationary ticket vending machines. A detailed description of the ticket vending machines constitutes Annex No. 1 to Volume III of the SWZ. g) conducting training for 4 persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of installation, configuration and operation of ticket vending machines necessary for their proper use. 3) Stage III – the material scope of Stage III includes the supply, installation and commissioning of 3 pcs. of brand new stationary ticket vending machines (in accordance with Section IV of Volume III of the SWZ at transfer nodes at ul. Podchorążych, Al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Podgórzyńska in Jelenia Góra. A detailed description of the ticket vending machines constitutes Annex No. 1 to Volume III of the SWZ. The contract is implemented within the framework of the budgetary task entitled: Sustainable urban mobility in the Jelenia Góra Agglomeration. The task is co-financed within the framework of project No. FENX.03.01-IP.02-0021/24 entitled: Sustainable urban mobility in the Jelenia Góra Agglomeration co-financed from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme under action FENX.03.01 Urban transport priority FENX.03 Urban transport.
