The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the provision of preventive medical examinations and tests for employees working in the TP of the NEA - Montana. The types of preventive medical examinations and tests are determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Art. 8 of Ordinance No. 3/28.02.1987 on mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 7/15.08.2005 on minimum requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working with display screen equipment, and based on the analyses of the preventive medical examinations and tests conducted in 2025 in the NEA system (Central Administration and the 28 TPs) and a proposal from the occupational medicine service. The preventive medical examinations and tests shall be carried out for all employees on the nominal roll and with a workplace at the TP of the NEA Montana - projected at 73 employees, of whom 63 women and 10 men. This is the maximum number of employees subject to preventive medical examinations and tests, as the contracting authority does not commit to an exact number of employees to be examined. The information on employees is variable in terms of number and gender.
