Description & Project Overview
The subject of this tender is a work contract for the execution of street and parking area cleaning as well as winter service. Benefits start on January 1st, 2027. The regular contract term is 2 years. The client has the option to initially extend the contract for 1 year and then for another 1 year (maximum total term of 4 years). The respective extension option becomes effective if the client exercises it in writing to the contractor no later than 3 months before the end of the current contract term.
