Provision of occasional air passenger services by booking and issuing air tickets for domestic and international flights for passengers, in accordance with the specific travel needs of the Security and Security Service staff under subsequent contracts under the Framework Agreement, to be concluded during its validity. During the Framework agreement, the estimated purchase of a minimum number of 100 tickets and a maximum of 8000 tickets is estimated. For a single subsequent contract/order those to be awarded during the Framework Convention, the purchase of at least one ticket and a minimum of 20 tickets are estimated; the estimate value of the largest subsequent agreement/order is the maximum number of tickets that is awardedanticipates that it will be awarded during the duration of the agreement - the limit is: RON 100,000 VAT-free. The actual number of tickets will be determined according to the needs of the contracting authority at the time of awarding subsequent contracts and the funds allocated to that destination. The contracting authorities will conclude a framework agreement with at least 3 economic operators, the maximum number being unlimited, and subsequently, by resuming the competition between the economic operators signing the framework agreement, award subsequent domestic and/or international air transport service contracts for the destinations/classes/duration/conditions of travel established by the contracted authority at a re-start of the competition.subsequent contracts shall be concluded in compliance with the elements/conditions laid down in the Framework Agreement, by resuming the competition whenever there is a need to organise trips to the country and/or foreign travel of staff or delegates of the Contracting Authority.
