The subject of the work is the construction of the Modernization of ŽST Jihlava město on the line Veselí nad Lužnicí - Jihlava, ensuring increased reliability and safety of operation while achieving qualitatively higher technical parameters of the infrastructure. Part of the construction is the construction of new barrier-free platforms and all facilities for passengers in the new dispatch building, which is also to be used for CDT Jihlava. The purpose of the construction is to bring the station into a construction-technical and operational condition so that it can meet the demands arising from the connection to the integrated public transport system. For part of the passenger trains, the station will be the final and the starting point, and for these trains it is necessary to build facilities in the station in the form of a parking track with the possibility of basic operational treatment of the sets. This means that these trains will not have to carry out handling trips to the Jihlava railway station. The handling circuit of the railway station with piece tracks for loading and unloading wagon shipments will be reduced and the remaining part reconstructed. Part of the construction is the construction of new barrier-free platforms and all facilities for passengers in the new dispatch building, which is also to be used for CDT Jihlava. The subject of this public contract is also the provision of cooperation related to the Work or its parts, for the duration of the Agreement on the provision of cooperation, whereby the part of the Work means (but not exclusively) security devices, operational applications linked to security devices (hereinafter also referred to as Devices), and this for possible future needs of the client to follow up on the supplied part of the Work with other Equipment of another contractor/manufacturer. Part of the subject of the public procurement is also activities that will be carried out in connection with the rules of publicity of projects co-financed from the funds of the European Union - Cohesion Fund within the Transport Program 2021-2027. The valuation of these building publicity activities will be included in the bid price, publicity costs will be listed in the List of Works (SO 9898 General Building). The contracting authority reserves the right to ensure the publicity of the construction as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of § 100 paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The supplier will only be reimbursed for the actual scope of this performance. In the event that this public contract is not co-financed from the funds of the European Union, the contractor will not ensure the publicity of the construction. The scope of performance that will not be implemented is not included in the limits for changes according to § 222 ZZVZ.
