Passenger air transport services, with travel-ticketing by procuring plane tickets necessary for the transport of passengers/props (luggage), of participants in international and national artistic festivals and tours. A framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 5 economic operators, and subsequently subsequent contracts in compliance with the elements/conditions stipulated in the framework agreement, by resuming the competition between all the economic operators signatories of the framework agreement.
