The client regularly needs technical advice and assistance for a number of different projects. In order to give the Client access to ongoing purchases to meet the need for technical advice and assistance, this dynamic purchasing system is established, cf. § 101 et seq. of the Public Procurement Act. The dynamic purchasing system is established without an end date, which means that the system's term is unlimited.
