Poland – Trees – Delivery and planting of trees in the City of Szczecin (divided into parts)

1. The subject of the contract was specified in detail in Annexes No. 7, 8/I, 8/II, 8/III and 8/IV to the SWZ. 2.Guarantee and warranty: 1) The contractor will provide the offered period of quality guarantee and warranty for defects for the completed subject of the order, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the works. If the tree is replaced with a new one during the warranty and warranty period, the warranty and warranty period for the new tree will not be counted from the date of its planting, but will continue until the date on which the quality warranty and warranty period for defects of the tree that was replaced expires.
