It is desired to purchase equipment rental services for the Production Department - hot asphalt mixture laying kit - Framework agreement 2 years Maximum: 1,600,000.00 lei without VAT Minimum 40,000.00 lei without VAT The value of the smallest subsequent contract: 20,000.00 lei without VAT The value of the largest subsequent contract: 440,000.00 lei without VAT The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: a minimum of 2 subsequent contracts will be concluded per year. The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement as well as the estimated minimum and maximum quantities related to a subsequent contract can be found as annexes to the award documentation / specifications. 1. Total duration of the contract: 24 months from the entry into force of the contract 2. At the current date at the DRDP Cluj level, the duration of framework agreement no. 23/6013/07.08.2023, having as its object the provision of similar services has expired (07.08.2025). Based on this agreement, 4 subsequent contracts were awarded for the entire maximum quantity contained in the framework agreement, the last subsequent contract no. 23/6013/4/19.06.2025 is valid until 31.12.2025. Thus, the framework agreement resulting from this purchase will enter into force after the subsequent contract no. 23/6013/4/19.06.2025 in force ceases by law (by reaching the deadline, fulfilling the object of the subsequent contract). The start of the purchase is necessary so that the activity of the Production Section is not disturbed and the continuity of the services of rental of the mooring kit is ensured.
