Processing of project documentation and performance of copyright supervision for the construction of "Bulvár sever" - divided into parts

The subject of the public contract is services consisting in the processing of project documentation in individual separate parts: Part no. 1: Right turn onto Opustená The subject of part 1 of the public contract is: As part of the preparation and implementation of urban infrastructure in the new district of Trnitá, construction work is currently being carried out on Bulvár – sever, it is a new road connecting the existing streets Uhelná and Opustená. The Bulvár - north project received all valid permits in 2024, the solution respected the construction of the Shell gas station in operation on Opustená street. Subsequently, in 08/2024, the city managed to conclude an exchange agreement with the Shell company and acquire the land into the city's property. The construction of the gas station was demolished at the end of 2025, so it is now possible to complete the traffic connection between Boulevard and Opustená. The subject of the documentation will be traffic solutions (roads, cycle paths, sidewalks), road drainage, a green belt with tree-free retention and engineering network solutions (mainly sewage treatment, drainage connection, public lighting and others). The proposal will correspond to the opposite side of the Boulevard, see the tender documentation attachment. As part of part No. 1, the documentation for the change of plan before completion will be drawn up in the details of the documentation for the execution of the construction (PDPS), including the list of works/statement of dimensions and budget (so-called single-stage documentation), engineering activity (IČ) and performance of author's supervision (AD). Subpart no. 2: Tram line The subject of subpart 2 of the public contract is: As part of the preparation and implementation of urban infrastructure in the new district of Trnitá, construction work is currently being carried out on Bulvár – north, it is a new road connecting the existing Uhelná and Opustená streets. The tram line on Bulvár sever street is the 2nd stage of the construction of Bulvár - north, it includes the construction of a tram line in the middle strip of Bulvár, at Uhelná street with preparation for a future connection to the Bulvár - Hybešova line, at Opustná street with a headland and future connection via Opustná to Bulvár south and the new main station.
