Dit is een dienstenopdracht in de zin van art. 2, 21° van de wet, met als CPV-code 85000000-9 (Gezondheidszorg en maatschappelijk werk). De beoogde diensten staan in bijlage III en in Hoofdstuk 6 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten. Het gaat bovendien om een gemengde opdracht in de zin van artikel 2, 6° van het KB van 18 april 2017 (cf. in te vullen inventaris).
