Planning services for the construction of an armory building in service phases 3-8, Altmark training area, TrL Planken (VSVgV 62-25) Lot 3: Planning services, specialist planning for technical equipment - construction of an armory building in phases 3-8, Altmark training area, TrL Planken
The client intends to award the specialist planning of the technical equipment in accordance with Section 55 HOAI in accordance with RBBau (as of 2021) for the construction of an armory building in service phases 3-8 on a pro rata basis. The building provides, among other things, ten armory chambers and must be able to be accessed at the same time by several of the units temporarily housed in the troop camp. The space requirements are contained in the budget-approved ES construction including the test comments. The building will be constructed as a low-energy building (Efficiency BuildingBund 40). The gross floor area of the building is approximately 2,100 m² and the net floor area is approximately 1,840 m². The project will be built on a vacant building site. The construction time should be around 18 months. According to the budget-approved ES-Bau, the total construction costs (including pro-rata additional construction costs) are set at 6,656,000 euros. The total scope of the services to be awarded according to Section 34 HOAI includes service phases 3-4. A further commissioning of service phases 5-8 is planned.
