Republic of the philippines province of nueva vizcaya bids and awards committee (bac-goods) bac secretariat, provincial general services office, capitol compound, bayombong, nueva vizcaya tel. no. 332-3000 (loc 423) invitation to bid for the supply & delivery of medical oxygen refill for the provincial local government unit of nueva vizcaya (plgu-nv) 1) the provincial local government unit of nueva vizcaya (plgu-nueva vizcaya), through the (mooe, 5-02-03-080) intends to apply the sum of two hundred ninety-six thousand four hundred eighty pesos (₱296,480.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of medical oxygen refill for the provincial local government unit of nueva vizcaya (plgu-nv) bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. *note: the procurement will be conducted through a lot-bidding scheme. 2) the provincial local government unit of nueva vizcaya (plgu-nueva vizcaya) now invites bids for supply and delivery of medical oxygen refill for the provincial local government unit of nueva vizcaya (plgu-nv). delivery of the goods is required upon refill of medical oxygen. bidders should have completed, at least (two (2) years) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 3) bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the irr of ra no. 12009. bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the irr. 4) interested bidders may obtain further information from provincial local government unit of nueva vizcaya (plgu-nueva vizcaya) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., mondays to fridays. 5) a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on october 07 to october 20, 2026 from the address given below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of five hundred pesos (php 500.00).
