Delivery of teaching and multimedia equipment for 7 preschool education institutions (OWP) as part of the Bilingual toddlers in Nowy Sącz project. Part II - delivery of educational theaters and educational screens for 7 preschool institutions.
1. The subject of the order under Part II is the supply of educational theaters and educational screens for 7 preschool institutions. 2. The item of delivery must be brand new, without defects, traces of use and mechanical damage, of full value, not from exhibition or refurbishment, meeting the technical and quantitative requirements described in Annex 2 for Part II of the order. All delivered goods must meet all requirements enabling them to be admitted to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland and have the legally required approvals, CE markings, certificates and quality certificates. The technical parameters of the equipment indicated in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ constitute minimum requirements - the Contractor may offer devices with higher parameters than those indicated by the Ordering Party. 3. The Ordering Party requires a quality guarantee for the supplied equipment offered for a minimum period of 24 months (in words: twenty-four) for all elements of the equipment under Part II of the order. Attention! The extension of the quality warranty period for the equipment covered by the order offered under Part II is a non-price criterion for the evaluation of offers. 4. Place of order fulfillment - deliveries under Part II: Poland, voivodeship Lesser Poland, kindergartens located in the city of Nowy Sącz. Specific addresses for the delivery of equipment will be provided to the Contractor within 7 days from the date of conclusion of contracts covering the execution of the order within individual parts.
