The scope of work includes, among others: • unblocking the stream bed by removing blockages impeding the free flow of water (trunks, branches, branches, deposited elements of fortifications, silt, rubble) along with depositing natural spoil within the bed, bricks, silt, rubble, etc.) together with removal and disposal in accordance with applicable regulations, • removal of beaver dams from river beds and watercourses, • emergency (emergency) sealing of the embankment lock using foil and sandbags in the event of floods, • emergency (emergency) sealing of the embankments in the event of floods, • implementation of biological development on banks of rivers and watercourses in the form of flat banks, fascine fences and bands made of fascine pockets, • backfilling of bank breaches in river beds with material delivered from medium or coarse erratic stone • The Contractor is obliged to conduct environmental supervision throughout the period of implementation of the works indicated by the Ordering Party, the acceptance and settlement of the entire contract will take place at the final acceptance, • a report on the environmental supervision carried out for individual orders must be submitted to the Ordering Party during partial acceptance.
