Contract Description
The term of delivery of the goods - 2 (two) months after the day of placing the order or according to the terms and delivery schedule agreed with the Customer in writing. The supplier delivers the goods to the address Ežero st. 17, Šiauliai. Together with the offer, the supplier must submit the documents specified in point 6.1 of the special conditions of the open tender. If the supplier does not submit at least one of the required documents together with the offer, the procuring organization does not additionally apply for clarification or addition of documents, and such an offer is rejected as an unacceptable offer - that does not meet the requirements of the procurement documents.
