Marína Hrozinová, the building technology authorisation, the authorisation number ČKAIT 1006618 and the other entries in the design documents (hereinafter referred to as the "project documentation").documentation. the technical supervision of this contract must not be exercised by the supplier or a person connected with him. where the contracting conditions, technical specifications, project documentation or statement of intent refer to certain suppliers, products or patents for inventions, usable designs, industrial designs or trademarks or designations of origin, such a reference is considered to be a clarification of technical conditions which would not be sufficiently clear and understandable without its use. the suppliers expressly indicate and admit the possibility of offering an equivalent solution for each such reference.
