Depending on the lease agreement, external guests are also permitted. --- The subject of the lease agreement is the management of company catering in the district administration department of the state capital Munich. This includes the areas: company restaurant, conference service and special events. --- For this purpose, the following rooms with a total area of approx. 1,015.76 m2 are leased on the ground floor of the concessionaire's property at Ruppertstrasse 11: - 1 guest room of approx. 415.34 m2, - 1 free-flow area (dispensing area) of approx. 127.45 m2 - cooking area of approx m2 - washing areas of approx. 62.93 m2 - various storage areas of approx. 48.48 m2 - as well as various ancillary rooms of approx. 217.97 m2. The total area is 1,015.76 m². The canteen includes a spacious delivery zone (108.83m²) with parking space. --- Management is carried out in the concessionaire's own name, on his own account and at his own economic risk.
