Contract Description
2.1. The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 129 section 1 point 1) in connection with joke. 129 section 2 and art. 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended - "PZP"). 2.2.
