The subject of the public contract is the provision of warranty and post-warranty service, other servicing operations and services on vehicles of the Volkswagen factory brand (hereinafter referred to as the subject of performance), operated by the Municipal Police. city of Prague (hereinafter referred to as MP HMP) for a period of 4 years. The subject of performance also includes all transport costs (except for transport costs for MOT and emissions, vehicle towing and costs for transporting stored seasonal tyres*), which are dealt with in separate items in Annex No. 1 of the Agreement - price list) associated with the provision of the subject of performance.
