Description & Project Overview
We will grant the supplier selected on the basis of the concession procedure the right to retail the assortment of jewelry and bijouterie, while the assortment is specified in more detail in Article IV.5 of the Technical Conditions of the Tender Documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Concession"), under the conditions specified in the Tender Documentation and in the draft contract for the lease of space serving the business and the provision of certain services connected with it on the premises that form Annex F of the Tender Documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and further under the conditions specified in the other annexes to the Tender Documentation or the Contract.
