Hiring a Company Specialized in the Construction of the Esf in Recanto Do Sol, Anchietaes, Through the Standard Ii Project of the Ministry of Health

HIRING A COMPANY SPECIALIZED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ESF IN RECANTO DO SOL, ANCHIETAES, THROUGH A STANDARD II PROJECT FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH. Considering the need to expand health services and consolidate Primary Health Care in the municipality, especially in areas of social vulnerability and with increasing demand for essential public services, we propose the construction of a Family Health Unit Size I, in the community of Recanto do Sol, which currently has 429 families and 1,220 residents. The community has grown significantly in terms of population in recent years, which has generated a significant increase in demand for health services. The current health unit is small and its infrastructure no longer accommodates all the needs of the local population. Furthermore, existing facilities do not comply with the standards established by the Ministry of Health, compromising the quality and scope of care offered. The report of the health inspections carried out, registered under protocol no. 57012023, highlights the precariousness of the current unit, indicating structural and operational deficiencies that make it difficult to provide adequate services to the community. The construction of the new unit will be made possible on land already belonging to the municipality, located in the community of Recanto do Sol, with no need for an expropriation process. It should be noted that the area has already been evaluated and considered suitable for the purpose of implementing the unit, respecting the criteria defined by Ordinance GMMS no. 2.2262009 and updates to the Requalifica UBS Program, which establish the minimum dimensions for UBS of Size I, as follows:Front width: 40 metersDepth: 40 metersMinimum total area: 1,600 mThe initiative is aligned with article 196 of the Federal Constitution, which establishes health as a right of all and a duty of the State, being guaranteed through social and economic policies aimed at reducing the risk of disease
