Description & Project Overview
As a result of the public procurement procedure, the tenderer wishes to enter into a general business contract for the maintenance of MAN trucks for a net total of HUF 50,000,000. The customer is entitled to send ad hoc orders to the contractor for 12 months from the date of entry into force of the contract or, if this occurs sooner, until the limit amount is exhausted. If during the 12-month period specified in the contract, which is open for placing ad hoc orders, the amount is not fully exhausted by the Bidder, the Bidder reserves the right to the above 12
