Supply and Delivery of Pre-Mixed Concrete

Tenders are invited for Supply and delivery of pre-mixed concrete
Council is inviting submissions for the supply & delivery of pre-mixed concrete for the period 1 january 2027 to 30 october 2029 with the possibility of a further 2 x 12 month extensions, solely at councils discretion.
council’s objective is to compile a list of "approved suppliers" offering pre-mixed concrete to council, at certain fixed prices for the stated period.
the manufacture and supply of concrete shall be in accordance with r53, tfnsw 3211, tfnsw 3201 and tfnsw 3222 standards unless noted otherwise and supplied per australian standard as 4911 and as1379.
during the period as materials are required, a supplier from the approved suppliers list will be contacted regarding availability of materials. if the materials are available in the stated timeframe, then council will engage the supplier to deliver under a standing purchase order number.
it should be noted that members of the panel are given no guaranteed as to level of work. works will be allocated subject to councils requirements. where availability is a critical issue and members of the register are unable to undertake specific works within a stated time period, council reserves the right to engage other suppliers as required.
