France – Luncheon vouchers – Fourniture et livraison de titres restaurant au profit des agents de la CAPSO et du CIAS

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices. In order to meet a need shared by the Urban Community of the Pays de Saint-Omer as well as by the CIAS, a group of orders for the supply and delivery of restaurant vouchers was formed. CAPSO will coordinate the group of orders. The face value of a restaurant voucher is 8 euros (eight euros). However, the contracting authority reserves the right to modify the face amount of the voucher during the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. As an indication, an annual volume of 89,000 restaurant vouchers is estimated for this contract, including 1,000 for the CIAS
