Contract Description
The notice of voluntary preview refers to the purchase of coblation equipment and consumables during the life of the equipment to Falu Lasarett's ENT Operation department. ENT Surgery uses coblation technology to reduce tissue in tonsils, nasal turbinates and certain types of sinus surgery and is in need of new equipment. The coblation technology allows patients to go home after two hours (radiofrequency technology does not allow for going home in such a short time), which means that more treatments can be performed. Region Dalarna intends to award Smith & Nephew AB a contract regarding this
