We are looking for a planning office with experience in creating functional specifications (FLB) for public clients and in quality assurance during the construction phase. The intention is to commission the creation of an FPU with FLB for the areas of building construction, civil engineering, HLS+E, GA, dental planners and outdoor facilities and for quality assurance during further planning and execution by a total contractor/transferee. Basics such as space requirements, functional layouts and room books are provided. The room books need to be further specified for the creation of the FLB. The subject of the service is the new construction of a medical supply center type 2500, as well as the creation of a binding planning specification (vPv) for medical supply centers of the types SanVersZ 2500, SanVersZ 1500 and SanVersZ 1000. The basis for this is the room books to be created and a location-neutral FLB. The new SanVersZ type 2500 building has a NUF of approx. 1,055 m² and a GFA of approx. 2,300 m² and a space requirement of 110.5 m² in the outdoor area. The building is to be organized over 2 floors.
