The data proposed in the estimated calendar represent the contracting authority/entity, not a commitment by the contractant authority/ Entity to award the sub-resources, on the assumption that the initial and subsequent award of the contracts could not be taken into account at the time of the award of those contracts, and the financial events that will occur could not have been taken into consideration.
