1. W ramach części zamówienia nr 3 Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie dostarczyć system obsługi procesów ZGK i dokonać modernizacji systemu zarządzania gminą, rozbudowy e-usług publicznych, udostępnianiaISP data, implementation of solutions and employee training. 2. All delivered solutions must be brand new, unused and from a legal distribution channel ensuring completemanufacturer support in the EU. Refurbished devices or licenses are not permitted. 3. Delivery including transport, unloading, installation and commissioning is at your expense and risk.Contractors. The contractor will provide consolidated transport by grouping shipments. 4. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified for part of the order no. 3 - Annex No. 8b to the SWZ - Description of the SubjectOrders (expansion of the SI of the Office/ZGK + educational system), and the requirements for the implementation of the order are attached as Annex No. 9b to the SWZ - Draft contract. 5. Equivalence clause: a) Ordering Party, in accordance withzapisami art. 99 ust. 5 i art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy Pzp, dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne dla dostaw, materiałów, systemów spełniające wymagania określone dokumentami zamówienia. W szczególności w tym celu może żądać przedstawienia przez Wykonawcę katalogów producenta danej technologii/systemów/urządzeń/materiałów równoważnych. W szczególnościtechnologia/systemy/urządzenia/materiały równoważne oceniane będą pod względem możliwości uzyskania określonych dla technologii/systemów/urządzeń/materiałów poziomu funkcjonalności, kosztóweksploatacji, niezawodności działania.
