1. Task No. 29 - Specialized cleaning products for automatic cleaning for the Nutrition Department 2. Deadline for completing the subject of the order: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract 3. In this tender procedure, the Ordering Party will apply the procedure specified in Art. when evaluating offers. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. The Ordering Party requires the submission of the following pieces of evidence: Task 29 - Specialized cleaning agents for automatic cleaning for the Nutrition Department Samples: • item 1b) - 1 piece • item 2b) - 1 piece Documents: for all items of the Assortment and Price Specification: • product label (the Ordering Party requires the submission of a label, and the Ordering Party will consider it sufficient if the label is on a product sample); • current safety data sheet for the offered product; • instructions for use/information card (technical information) of the offered product issued by the manufacturer • in items for which a product classified as dangerous will be offered, a declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer confirming that the product meets the requirements of the European Community, in particular the provisions of EU Regulation No. 830/2015
