Lummi Nation BEAD Broadband Engineering, Project Management & Owner’s Representative Services RFP

The Lummi Indian Business Council (Lummi Nation) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Broadband Engineering, Project Management, and Owner’s Representative Services in support of the Lummi Nation’s Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) project. The selected firm will provide professional engineering, project management, technical assistance, grant compliance support, and Owner’s Representative services as described in the Request for Proposals. Qualified firms, including minority- and women-owned businesses, are encouraged to submit proposals.
