The subject of procurement is the maintenance and extended support services of the Activity Monitoring System, which consists of the following subsystems: The eRedar subsystem, which is used to report and supervise the resolution of municipal irregularities in the city. Subsystem ILock which records working hours and vacations of city administration employees. Both subsystems are tools for the daily performance of work tasks and duties of employees of the City of Zagreb and partly of employees of ZGH. In addition to the aforementioned, the City of Zagreb also uses a subsystem for storing and processing data from smart (IoT) devices. The mentioned systems are important for daily work, for this reason it is necessary to carry out public procurement for regular, corrective and adaptive maintenance of the system.
