1) The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, forest nursery, seed production and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities, to be performed in the Gniezno Forest District in 2027. 2) Scope The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of forest nursery wood, seed production and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. - detailed size of work by activity groups, activities and locations; Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the order value for individual works; Annex No. 2.2.3 - analysis of labor consumption and a short description of groups of activities; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – sorting system of wood harvesting in forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – list of distances and conditions for skidding wood; Annex No. 2.3.4. – list of positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding; Annex No. 2.3.5. – list of items not available for machine acquisition; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information about the optimal wood harvesting technology (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information about the optimal wood harvesting option; Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest crops; Annex No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewal performed using a planter. 3) The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex No. 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard for forestry work technology" Annex No. 3.2.
