ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL GOVERNANCE SUPPORT PROJECT (PAGEF) IDA Grant – World Bank – P180696 NOTICE OF CALL FOR TENDERS FOR SUPPLIES DAO No. 01/ IDA -PAGEF/SERFIP/MB/2026 Acquisition of IT equipment and office furniture for the Management Unit Project Coordination and Execution (UCEP) The Republic of Djibouti received a donation from the World Bank to finance the Economic and Financial Governance Support Project (PAGEF), and intends to use part of this financing to make payments under the Procurement of IT equipment and office furniture in 2 lots separated. Lot 1: Acquisition of IT equipment. Lot 2: Acquisition of office furniture The Project Management Unit solicits closed offers from eligible bidders meeting the qualifications required to provide the acquisition of IT equipment and office furniture. The award of the Contract will be conducted by National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as defined in the “Guidelines: Procurement financed by IBRD Loans and AID Credits and Grants”, and open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Guidelines. Eligible and interested bidders can obtain information from the Project Coordination and Execution Unit (UCEP) ; and read the Call for Tender documents during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to the address mentioned below Interested and eligible Bidders can obtain a complete tender dossier in French by making a written request to the address mentioned below and against a non-refundable payment of twenty thousand Djibouti francs (20,000 FDJ).
