Description & Project Overview
1) The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term bank loan within the meaning of Art. 69 of the Act of August 29, 1997, Banking Law in the amount of PLN 12,970,000 (twelve million nine hundred and seventy thousand zlotys) incurred to finance the planned deficit and repayment of previously incurred credit and loan liabilities. 2) The loan will be granted and settled in Polish zlotys. 3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to waive any part or the entire loan amount. 4) The nominal repayment period of the loan is 14 years (2027-2040).
