Contract Description
The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the "Policy") is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of orientation tests for the detection of addictive substances (hereinafter referred to as the "test" or "goods") on the basis of two separate framework agreements (hereinafter referred to as the "RD"), while each of these RDs will be concluded with one supplier. The public contract is divided into 2 parts in accordance with § 35 of the Act. Part I - Orientation tests from urine - 7 parameters Estimated quantity of 100,000 pieces of tests for the duration of the framework agreement. II. part: - Orientation tests from saliva – 6 parameters Estimated quantity of 10,000 pieces of tests for the duration of the framework agreement.
