Contract Description
In order to prove the environmental compatibility of water withdrawal from the Lusatian Neisse, an accompanying monitoring measure will be carried out in accordance with the additional provision from the planning approval decision "Spreetal/Neißewasserüberleitung". The basis for this is the updated monitoring concept from 2023, as of April 2022, which was confirmed by the German-Polish Border Waters Commission. Monitoring includes the collection of climate data, surface runoff, groundwater levels, research into direct withdrawals and discharges, and water conditions
