This public procurement is awarded as a part (detached item No. 1) of a public procurement with the subject: Conducting periodic medical examinations and research and carrying out measurements of the factors of the working environment and electrical measurements under the project BG05SFPR002-1.001-0002 Starting work - Component 1 - Activation, financed under the Program Development of human resources 2021 - 2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund+.” A complete description of the subject of the order is presented in detail in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 of the documentation. The subject of this public procurement is conducting periodic medical examinations and examinations of the employees working in the Employment Agency. The type of preventive medical examinations and tests is determined according to Appendix No. 5 to Art. 8 of Ordinance No. 3 on mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 7 of 15.08.2005 on the minimum requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working with video displays and opinion of the occupational medicine service of the Employment Agency.
