SUPPLY OF CYTOSTATICS AND MEDICINAL PRODUCTS FROM DRUG PROGRAMS part 132 dostawa cytostatyków oraz produktów leczniczych z programów lekowych
The subject of the order is the supply of cytostatics and medicinal products from drug programs for the needs of Copernicus PodObywatelleczniczy Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk, whose detailed description, assortment and estimated quantities are included in the Assortment and price form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (parts No. 1-235). In the case of an assortment specified using trade names, the Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for an assortment equivalent in all respects, i.e. composition, weight, scope, spectrum and duration of action, form, function, etc., provided that they guarantee the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the assumptions specified in this ToR. In the case of an equivalent product, the Contractor is obliged to specify its trade name, catalog number and manufacturers name. It is the Contractors responsibility to demonstrate the equivalence of the offered solution or equivalent solutions. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or indicates trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
