Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the existing SPECTRA information system, which the contracting authority uses for specific purposes in the performance of state administration within the framework of ensuring the performance of radio spectrum management, which the CTU performs on the basis of § 15 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and on the amendment of some related laws (Electronic Communications Act), as amended, so that fundamental changes/innovations can be made that would respond to current needs as of the applicants themselves (the public), as well as the needs of the CTU, including the needs arising from international ones
