Contract Description
The public clients are responsible authorities in local public transport (ÖPNV) in accordance with Section 8 Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 PBefG in conjunction with. V. m. § 6 paragraph 1 of the law on the planning, organization and design of local public transport in Baden-Württemberg (ÖPNVG BW). According to Section 6 Paragraph 3 ÖPNVG BW, the clients are also the responsible authority within the meaning of EU Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 (VO 1370/2007). The district and the city of Stuttgart are therefore responsible for ensuring an adequate transport offering in their area of responsibility (Section 8 Paragraph 3 PBefG). After the
