Lot group 2 “Distance heating” - Lot 2.2 District heating East (1) The client commissions the contractor to provide construction services for lot 2.2 District heating East in accordance with the ALV 2027 (Appendix 3.1) trades 01, 03, 04.01.0090, 05, 09 and 10, in accordance with the ZTV 2027 (Appendix 3.2) and in accordance with Supplementary contractual conditions (Appendix 3.3). (2) Services with an order value of approximately €22,500,000 (estimated value) are expected to be called up within the contract term. (3) However, at least services with an order value of €15,750,000 will be called up within the contract term (minimum quantity). (4) The contract is limited to an order value of €29,250,000. As soon as this is achieved, the contract ends automatically in accordance with Section 12. (5) The contractor is entitled to the transfer of services in the order value of the amount specified in Section 1 Paragraph 3. There is no entitlement to any additional services. (1) This framework agreement comes into force on March 1, 2027 and is concluded for a term of 3 years. (2) The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected. (3) The contract ends automatically, without the client requiring a declaration of termination, as soon as the order sum of €29,250,000 net has been reached.!!!!
